Well guess I skipped yesterday's journaling. Friday was not a great day afternoon onwards. Pigged out on some savory crepes & had a concrete from Andy's. They were both so good tho lol. And the worst part is I got the lab results back from my doctor's apptmt last time & I had been making progress since my last test. Dr. said to exercise and eat healthily and literally the next meal I had was this. Smh.
Saturday woke up initially at 4 but slept through til about 7 & got ready for Tai Chi. Man, balancing & transferring energy methodically but also naturally looks simple but is tough to master. I think I'm getting better though. Just gotta continue doing the exercises every day.
Went grocery shopping quickly after that, made lunch & then recorded 5 USBs. So I should be set for the next month or so. I'll just have to decide what order I want to publish them in. The clamp that attached to the table for the mic is a bit bent rn I think so gotta look more into that. I think the actual mic that I had is better quality since it's picking up more volume than this new one but obviously if the stand can work fully, that is the most convenient & dopest.
Making steady progress on Thinking in Bets so solid there.
Then went on a run in the evening. Glad I did the 4.6 mile run instead of turning back around at the roundabout. The worst part honestly is the first bit as my body is getting used to running. But after the first .5 mile or so, kept a steady pace and wasn't dead. I'll want to do the sprints as a burner after my run next time.
Came back, had light dinner yday and relaxed by playing some poker online.
This morning initially woke up at 4 again but again slept in. This time only til 5:30 so early enough to do all my things without feeling it's too late in the morning.
