Yesterday I'd say lived up to the hype. All 3 candidates were awesome and it was fun and insightful getting to know them. Looking forward to our retro where we can come together and learn what we did well, not so well, and areas for improvement for the next one. Went well as we could have expected it to have gone the 1st time, so I'm glad everything came out pretty close to plan.
Then went to the airport to pick up Adam. Then went to CO, an Asian fusion place first but it was a 30+ min wait so we went to a pizza place. Was pretty good. Talked a good amount about sports, including him trying to guess all the coaches of the Clippers before Doc Rivers. Ended up naming like all 10 of my brackets with that theme. Once we got home, did some joke brackets, like a few coin flip ones, alphabetical by campus city location, rock paper scissors, and the one that took by far the longest - a US News & World report college rankings (UCLA won that one).
So far this morning, glad I've done most of my normal morning routine. Since when I'm hanging with people for extended periods o time I can neglect those sometimes. So let's keep that part up.
