I think expanding the scope of deep, medium, and light work to all aspects of our life, it still stands. That is just the doing component. There's also the Thinking, Learning, and Relating aspects. I'd say there as such classifications as deep thinking, medium thinking, and light thinking. Deep learning, medium learning, and light learning. Deep relating, medium relating, and light relating. We spend much of our time and energy in the light and sometimes medium areas, but seldom in the deep end. Identifying each thing in our life as one of these and structuring our day so that there is overall balance across all of these is important to renewing our energy as efficiently as possible. That's really what burnout is. We just can't keep sustained energy because we're allocating our energy inefficiently and sub-optimally. Why can I do more than the average person? Or at least it may seem like that? Because I'm getting better at recognizing when my mind, body, and soul require what to rediscover that balance. So I'm adding this subgroup under TLDR of deep, medium, and light in addition to my previously created subgroup of "with others" and "with yourself". So let's append to my previous statement from my 10/8/21 journal: When I perceive the world through my sense of _____, I _____, on a _____ level with _____. Ex: When I perceive the world through my sense of touch, I think on a medium level with myself.
The other thing that I realized and felt on Friday was a sense of leveling up. I'm going on a path that is increasing momentum at an ever-increasing rate. I won't be able to tolerate mediocrity any more. I understand and empathize with it, but it won't take up my time or energy. People have to be on my level as I'm growing. I want to hold myself and others to that high standard. The connections I'm making, the ideas I'm manifesting, they're only going to increase. I hope people can keep up!
