All day meetings at work yesterday. I need to do a better job of being present at the meetings instead of doing other things that can wait. That'll help me be more focused when I am locked in to doing something that requires more undivided attention and focus. Beat Adam in ping pong after being down 2-0 in best of 5. He had 2 or 3 match points in the 3rd game And then 3 or 4 more match points in the 4th game but couldn't close me out. Finally, the 5th & final game I won 11-7 or so. I basically reached into his soul and pulled his heart out lmao. This is definitely a meme. Real question is who chokes more - Adam or the Falcons?
But came back home, talked to mom on the drive back & finished up tUG episode. Then did a solid 10 min core workout, viz med, ate dinner w/o any other simultaneous activity and then started the zero inbox project. Started w/ 31,000 unread emails. Now I'm at about 24,000 or so so making gradual progress. Should finish that up in the next day or so.
I also want to do the early morning dawn walk while listening to podcast / audiobook that I did for biweekly circle more often. Felt good to get fresh air.
