Yesterday celebrated with the LaundroLab (2U) family of our first 3 franchisee groups buying into our concept. Had a grill out, drinks, toast, and pinata with lots of chocolate lol. Pretty funny video of me trying to whack it.
I did sign the lease officially yesterday as well, in addition to getting renters insurance and utilities set up. So all I need to do now is get the initial deposit in, and start packing things up to place in a storage unit over the course of the week next week to move in over next weekend.
How do I lean into my strengths more? I think what I figured out the other day is that the way I inspire people is through my actions. Everything else is supplementary. So if I think about people like Jay Shetty or Lewis Howes, they appeal to everyone really, but perhaps more to those who are actively addressing and responding to their mental fitness. I think I can relate to everyone but I don't think I'm as beneficial to that audience as people who can invest their time and energy in other aspects of their current condition. Potential idea is to have like a funnel of content that is related directionally to what stage people are in in a Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs or Swami's house of self-realization. It takes steps to get to what I know is the ultimate state of being and I can't be everything to everyone in my circles necessarily. So perhaps it's a staged approach where I work with someone like a Jay Shetty so we can utilize our strengths to help people along their individual journey. Want everyone to be physically fit, mentally disciplined, emotionally balanced, morally grounded, and spiritually realized. That's the goal really. Just an idea, let's see.
