Another solid day yesterday. I'm pretty good at starting weeks off but then it trails by mid and end of week. I wonder if I can have a 'perfect' week? There's gonna be lots of areas for improvement and many "worst things" in the perfect week still but it's something that I haven't had since implementing Notion specifically and probably ever. A perfect week is made up of 'perfect days', so just need to have one perfect day today and that's it. A day where it's all 7 or 8 for my Daily Overall Score, that's what I'd say is 'perfect.' Good enough where I got stuff done and had the right intentions but also where there's room for improvement.
Added TB12 Method to my ever-expanding book list so let's see if / when I get to that.
I should finally be finishing up leftovers from the food that I got on Super Bowl Sunday so can do actual meal prep after that now.
No real meetings today so excited to do a lot of deep work & move the needle on several key results.
Toward Zero & Beyond article on the Heartfulness Magazine. Basically confirmed the point that pollution and climate change is at its core, a result of people's inner states. It's so wild, profound & no-brainer if we think about it tbh.
