Getting back into working out pretty much every day after the ~4 day hiatus last week. Though I haven't done Shambhavi much in the past week. Temperamentally, I don't see too much of a difference but I do find myself sleeping in longer and not having the will to get up early and stay up! I feel like I'm just buying time until next week when I can start my quarterly planning. but there's a decent amount of progress to make before then so I need to start doing just something that will move the needle instead of continuing to feel like I'm in a rut.
I did finish up Jane Goodall's MasterClass on Conservation yesterday. I'll have to review the notes of it, but it was nice timing with watching John Oliver's segment last week on recycling. It's made me more aware of my own product waste decisions now and for the future.
Also listened to BPWK podcast with Manasi Arya as the guest. Intriguing listening to her overall story, the quick rise of her art shop, support of her parents, etc. Her experience with eclectic interests has helped her become more successful so that's something I need to continue to lean in towards.
