Speak & Inspire Day 7 journal exercise. What has fear cost me? Fear has cost me from speaking up in certain situations. Fear has cost me from being my full self with different social circles. Fear has cost me from learning from potential failures and / or successes. Fear has cost me from taking calculated risks. Fear has cost me from having new experiences. Fear has cost me from trying new hobbies. Fear has cost me from having seemingly difficult yet necessary conversations. Fear has cost me from being able to swim to my highest level. Fear has cost me from pushing my limits and going outside my comfort zone. Fear has cost me from being empathetic and saying I’m sorry. Fear has cost me my time because I was afraid of saying no. Fear has cost me my energy because I need to try harder to overcome it. Fear has cost me my peace of mind because I keep thinking of the future. Fear has cost me from executing my plans because I like planning but not executing as much. Fear has cost me the ability to be confident and have leadership presence in every situation. Fear has cost me effective communication skills because I have a mental block of stammering. Fear has cost me incredible relationships with my my family, both nuclear and external. Fear has cost me from having an abundant mindset and that I deserve the Universe. Fear has cost me the ability to attract my life partner. Fear has cost me love.

I will from now on harness fear in such a way as to push me to continue being the best version of myself. From there I can only have love in me.
