Why do I want the experience of training others to be coaches?

I guess this would be the evolution of my business as I get enough reps under my belt. This is one result from my Quality-Quantity theory. That teach enough people with high enough quality and they’ll want to share it with others.

Whether that’s in an official capacity as a coach or just informally is all up to them. Eventually, everyone can be a coach. And that’s not dilution at all. It’s just what we all are anyways. We’re all coaches, whether to ourselves or others on a daily basis!

This is just channeling energy in the form of money to that direction. By being in the position of a coach (formally or just mentally), we get to learn about ourselves in the process. Same thing as a teacher-student relationship. The teacher will usually say the kids have taught them so much. So if I can train others to be coaches, then really I’m helping them discover themselves. And not to be selfish here but throughout that, I’m going to grow so much as well.

From a systems mindset, it also makes it easier to systemize it into a well-oiled machine. I essentially want to remove myself at some point and let it do its thing. Training others also means the exponential proliferation of this mindset.

And then they’re able to apply that mentality to whatever specific field creates energy in them. It gives me experience so I can say I have experience in some sort of educational / vocational / instructional role as I get my foot into other systems. With that growth, I’ll also have created a legacy.

So again, a lot of these coming back to legacy.
