Why Was Wednesday 9/28 So Amazing? | 9/29/22

What an amazing day, Wednesday was! Just wanted to process my thoughts on paper.

Woke up today with the intention set that it was going to be an amazing one. And it didn’t disappoint! Productive day at work with a few deep work sessions, using that time to plan my Q4, which effectively starts now. Especially since we don’t really have a full planning session. Lots of clarity going into the end of the year, to finish strong.

After work had a call with _____ to discuss the proposal that I had put together for his business. He was aligned what I was proposing and even said next week that he’d send me $50 for what we’d discussed so far as a deposit. Because he knows it’s a partnership that we see eye to eye. His success is my success and vice versa. So that feeling of someone paying me specifically for a call or service is exciting. That feeling of being an entrepreneur. Kinda a paradox though because I get paid many times that as a salary in a full time job and don’t bat an eye.

The larger things get, the less they’re felt. Same with stats of hungry children, deforestation, crime, etc. The power frame of saying less.

Anyways, after that call, hopped directly on to the Langston White mastermind call. He’s basically creating a community to monetize our networks, which is very similar to the Squad. Left feeling energized and excited about that, wherever that ends up going.

Then earlier in the afternoon while scrolling Facebook, saw an ad for a 90 Day book-writing program. There was a free Masterclass on it at 7 for 2 hours, pre-recorded. Long-story short (pun unintended), I was emotionally bought in and impulsively bought in financially for $1000. Easiest no brainer $1000 I’ve invested. Timing is perfect because that aligns with my goal of publishing a book by EOY. This is accountability + assistance with structuring. I’m ready for the rest of the year!
