So after the subpar morning yesterday, was pretty productive at work, knocking some things off the to-do list. Had my performance review today so nothing unexpected. Kinda already saw similar points in my Personal Planning process (which side note, I plan on showing Alex today, so looking forward to that) so I know those are points of emphasis for me in the next couple of quarters. There's a lot of things I'm an owner of or at least a key stakeholder in so I'll have a large impact on how successful 2U & LL will be. It's daunting, crazy and exciting all at the same time!


Went to Tai Chi class right after the review. Showed Sifu my finished form and then we started working on the next form. I got barely one move in before we went to practicing exercises that would help with transferring energy from one side to another. It's pretty complicated stuff, or at least will take some time to master. So I better get on it.


Light dinner, listened to a bit of Thinking in Bets & then called it a night at 9-9:30. I got up at 1:30 - 2 am again but this time I actually woke up & writing this now at 3-3:30 am. Let's see how sustainable this schedule is b/c I felt more tired yday after sleeping more and waking up at 6:30 - 7 am than I did a few hours earlier. I'll continue to monitor this.


During work meetings, I somehow always feel like I'm behind & not getting stuff done. So I just need to prioritize better & get shit done & update Asana accordingly. I might ditch Notion in a sense for now & go to Asana only. Hmm, but I'm using Notion for meeting notes, which is helpful. But tasks that require deeper thinking, I'm not having enough time during the work days most days to complete those. I probably just need to suck it up & go ham over the weekend or during the early morning hours when I wake up at like 4.
